Appalachian Trail The Troop did its first trip on the Appalacian Trail two years ago. We started at Spinger Mountain, GA and stopped at Neels Gap, GA (30 miles). Last years trip we started out at Neels Gap but only made it 5.8 miles before leaving. This year we will pick up from the take out point and make our way to Standing Indian, NC. There will more pictures of this years trip up here soon as well. If you have not sent your pictures to Mr. Baccus get them to him ASAP. For those who did the Appalachian Trail your DVD will have both Summer Camp and the AT. |
